The first 4 photoes are of shirts that could be from the 17thC , but is probably 18th-19thC. The pattern is known from samplers, illustartions and extant stuff of the 16th and 17thC.
Cotton embroidery thread is a much later addition and it looks like cotton thread to me.
 
The last shirt is 19thC. The momochrome blue embroidery on the front seems to have come into vogue in the second quarter of the 19thC.
